I think that you will need to first study in detail the information on how to register a company LLC. I think the site on how to
start an llc can help you with this. I did my LLC in the state of Ohio. It was interesting for me. Because I wanted to always work for myself and grow on my own. But don't forget about the fact that you will need an agent to do all the paperwork.
